Do I have to pay a fee / commission when buying tickets?
No, when buying a ticket on our website, you pay only the cost of the ticket.

Can I pay for tickets before the concert, and what are possible payment methods?
If you have a booking, tickets can be bought out 30 minutes before the concert. Payment is accepted in cash or by card Master Card or Visa.
If you have not booked your tickets in advance, it is better to do it in advance by phone: +7 (981) 131-48-68 or by e-mail ticket@rmseasons.com to avoid uncomfortable situations.
Do you have a waiting list in case all the seats are sold out?
Yes, you can always leave your request, that you would like to attend the event, even when all tickets are sold out, please call us +7 (981) 131-48-68 or contact us by e-mail ticket@rmseasons.com, and we will be happy to bring you in a waiting list. 24 hours before the concert, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation. We will do everything possible to find extra space for you.
Do you offer e-tickets?
Yes. E-ticket will be sent to you in the mail after the purchase, but if you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please do not forget to check your 'Spam'.
You will receive one electronic ticket for each place, please print each ticket and bring it to the concert hall.
Do you have discounts for tickets?
Yes, we offer 50% discount for children under 12 years.
Our partner is Alfa-Bank, so if you pay with a Alfa-Bank card, you get a discount of up to 10%.
The same discounts are sometimes available for individual events, by the decision of the promoters of the event. Discount details will be listed on the booking info page of a specific event.
Can I pre-book a seat?
Yes, you can book a special seat for disabled person and for people who are experiencing difficulties related to health. Our team will be pleased to provide an individual approach to each guest. At all Russian Musical Seasons events you can take any convenient place before the concert.
What to do in case the concert is canceled?
If the concert is canceled, we recommend you to save the tickets, we will contact you with closer information on further details as soon as possible. If you purchase tickets through the ticket agency, please contact them directly. Anyway you can always contact us and we will do everything is possible to help you.
Can I get a refund or exchange a ticket, if I can not attend the concert?

Is there a wardrobe at the Palace?
On the ground floor of the palace there is a wardrobe, where you can drop clothes and big bags.
Is there an age limit at RMS?
The concert is rather interactive, however, the total duration of the event is about two hours. If you believe that your child sustain such a program, so we are waiting for you at the Palace!
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes welcome, 30 minutes tour around the Palace, a concert of classical music performed by a string chamber orchestra of St.Petersburg, presents from professional artists - silhouettes and memorable photos from the evening.
Do I need to print an e-tickets for the concert?
We recommend to print your e-ticket in advance, anyway it is not a problem for us to update your booking details, but it will take time, that is why we recommend to bring at the concert you ticket.
