If you have a booking, tickets can be bought out 30 minutes before the concert. Payment is accepted in cash or by card Master Card or Visa.

What to do in case the concert is canceled?
If the concert is canceled, we recommend you to save the tickets, we will contact you with closer information on further details as soon as possible. The concert is rather interactive, however, the total duration of the event is about two hours. If you believe that your child sustain such a program, so we are waiting for you at the Palace!
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes welcome, 30 minutes tour around the Palace, a concert of classical music performed by a string chamber orchestra of St.Petersburg, presents from professional artists - silhouettes and memorable photos from the evening.
Do I need to print an e-tickets for the concert?
